As a Business Management Analyst (Support Team Central) at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will play a vital role in strengthening the Xtrackers COO team operationally and providing operational support for the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include: - **Cost & Operations Support**: - Managing invoice processes, including Digital Distribution invoice checks. - Delivering monthly T&E budget reporting to regional leadership. - **Sales Reporting & Analytics**: - Preparing and maintaining activity reports and flow/forecast reporting. - Supporting migration of reporting to Qlik for improved transparency. - **Access & Team Operations**: - Administering distribution lists and access rights to ensure smooth and secure team operations. - **Third-Party Onboarding & Risk**: - Coordinating vendor onboarding in partnership with Procurement/TPRM. - Actively participating in TPRM calls to track progress and resolve issues. Your qualifications should include a university degree (or equivalent) with experience in operations/business management, sales support, finance/controlling, procurement/TPRM, or a COO-adjacent function in a global environment. You should have a strong command of Microsoft Office, familiarity with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Qlik) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and clear written and verbal English. Additionally, you should be service-oriented, cost-aware, structured, proactive, and reliable on follow-through, with excellent prioritization skills.
