Job Title: Business Loan Sales Head (Assistant Manager Category)

Experience: 5 Years (Minimum in Business Loans / SME Loans / Banking / NBFC Sales)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (plus incentives/performance bonus)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the business loan sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and loan disbursement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and business clients.

Identify potential business opportunities through market research and networking.

Guide and train sales officers/relationship managers for effective lead generation and conversion.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.

Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements in product offerings.

Prepare periodic MIS/reports for management review.

Qualification:
