Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Loan - Open Market position. The Business Loan officer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, assessing business loan applications, developing business plans, and maintaining customer service standards. The officer will ensure compliance with company policies and strive to meet the loan distribution targets.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills
Expertise in Business Planning and Business Development
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in financial services or lending industry
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
