• Translate data, AI, and blockchain-driven innovation into scalable business models and revenue streams.
• Lead expansion into

  carbon markets, sustainability compliance (EUDR), food trade analytics, and crypto-agro ecosystems

  .
• Identify opportunities to integrate

  tokenization of agri-assets, carbon credits, and supply chain finance using blockchain

  .

Business Development & Partnerships

• Build strong partnerships with agri-enterprises, banks, insurers, governments, global corporates, and crypto platforms.
• Collaborate with

  carbon exchanges, digital asset exchanges, certification bodies, and sustainability agencies.

• Represent the organization in global forums related to

  agri-tech, sustainability, and digital/crypto agriculture.

Revenue & Market Growth

• Scale

  DaaS (Data-as-a-Service)

  revenues across agri, financial, and crypto-agro sectors.
• Drive monetization of

  carbon credits and crypto tokens

  via farmer enrolment, SOC measurement, and trading platforms.
• Develop new revenue streams from

  compliance analytics (EUDR, Scope 3 reporting)

  and blockchain-based traceability systems.

Team & Organizational Leadership

• Build and mentor high-performing sales, business development, and client success teams.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and data science teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
• Foster a culture of

  innovation, ownership, digital trust, and client excellence.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of leadership experience in

  agribusiness, fintech, crypto-agro, sustainability, consulting, or data/AI platforms.

• Proven success in

  scaling revenues, closing enterprise and blockchain-based deals,

  and driving international expansion.
• Strong network across

  agriculture, food trade, finance, carbon, and crypto/sustainability ecosystems.

• Deep appreciation for

  data-driven and blockchain-powered innovation

  in agriculture and climate-tech.
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with experience in

  high-growth and disruptive technology environments
