"

What are we looking for? "Banking, Financial ServicesWritten and verbal communicationCreating and facilitating new hire training, following the process from beginning to end ensuring that new hires can perform job dutiesCreating and facilitating department training for multiple teams in Operations including the Fraud Team, Disputes Team, Applications Team, Lending Team, and Mobile Check Deposit TeamDevelop new and tenured employees skills and competencies Modify training style to fit individual learning styles Identify gaps and solutions in processes and procedures within the companyCreate and facilitate tests and quizzes for participants who attended training and for participants who are working towards a promotion Assist in transitioning new hires to their permanent teams within the company Coordinate the scheduling of training for yourself, department training, and new-hire trainingCreate and maintain training recordsAssist in multiple simultaneous projects throughout multiple departmentsWork closely with departments leads to training needsDigital BankingExperience training Operations, Back Office, Fraud Operations, and Partner departmentsMinimum one year of training experience in a Training Department Basic knowledge of banking products and loan productsKnowledge of financial industry regulations including but not limited to the BSA, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC, Regulation DD, Regulation Z, Regulation E, FDCPA, FCRA, and other regulations as required by law as it relatesMinimum one year of experience working in a fraud prevention-related roleThorough knowledge of different learning styles including Adult Learning TechniquesExperience training using a Learning Management System, Microsoft Office Suite, and G Suite"
