Business Intelligence Sr Data Analyst

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Intelligence Sr. Data Analyst to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Business Intelligence Sr. Data Analyst, you will be responsible for various tasks including proficiency in SQL, analytical problem-solving, ETL knowledge, data quality assurance, Excel expertise, strong communication skills, process improvement, reporting and MI development, project coordination, and experience with Insurance/Finance clients. Key responsibilities include: - Proficiency in SQL, including hands-on experience with complex queries, data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Analytical problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies, analyze data trends, and deliver actionable insights. - Familiarity with ETL processes, including SSIS packages and end-to-end data pipeline testing. - Skilled in data quality assurance to ensure accuracy, perform system testing, and reconcile inconsistencies. - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formula-based data manipulation. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in process improvement, addressing system inefficiencies, and improving manual workarounds. - Proficiency in developing management information systems and centralized reporting solutions. - Adept at project coordination, managing activities across multiple teams, mitigating risks, and tracking project progress. - Good understanding of the insurance domain, including regulatory requirements like IFRS17.
