Business Intelligence Lead

As a member of the ProcDNA team, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of the latest technologies in our solutions, providing thought leadership to guide clients on complex data management problems, and enhancing business performance. Your role will involve working closely with the leadership team to bring subject matter expertise in areas such as Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, and Reporting to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end business intelligence solution projects for multiple clients across various BI technologies. - Develop and execute project management plans while ensuring adherence to project timelines. - Merge multiple data sources into comprehensive visualizations to effectively communicate insights. - Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and deliver top-notch reporting solutions. - Collaborate with Data Platform leaders to comprehend data flows integrated into Tableau/Power BI. - Ensure data governance, quality, and security are integrated into analytics on enterprise platforms. - Work with UX/UI global functions to design exceptional visualizations for clients, leveraging all product capabilities. **Qualifications Required:** - 9-12 years of experience in data visualization and reporting, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a leadership/managerial capacity. - Proven track record of direct client interaction, requirements discussion, and stakeholder management. - Experience in requirement gathering and designing enterprise reporting solutions from the ground up. - Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools. - Background in building and scaling BI teams and processes. - Thorough understanding of data governance and data quality management frameworks. - Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and develop technical solutions to meet requirements effectively.
