Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-6 years of experience and hold a qualification in BE / B.Tech / MCA. You should possess a strong understanding and practical experience working with Linux. Additionally, it is crucial to have an in-depth understanding of Big Data, Hadoop, and MDX Technologies, with prior experience being preferred. Experience in supporting US-based customers is essential for this role. A good knowledge of BI tools, with prior experience being preferred, is also required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. You will be working with technologies such as Hadoop, Linux Networking, Distributed Computing, and BI. As a software engineer, you will be required to work in US time zones. Your responsibilities will include resolving software installation and configuration issues over the phone, as well as analyzing and troubleshooting OS (Linux), Hadoop, and BI problems via emails, calls, and WebEx sessions.,
