As a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, noon Food focuses on fair commissions, sustainability, and operational flexibility. The mission of noon Food is to transform the F&B delivery landscape by empowering retailers and ensuring their control and success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire analytics ecosystem. This includes overseeing the data warehouse, table schemas, and ETL pipelines to guarantee scalable and reliable data access. Your tasks will also involve building and maintaining automated dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, and other BI tools to streamline data requests. Ensuring consistency in metric definitions and data quality across the organization will be a key aspect of your role, as you act as the custodian of trusted KPIs. By automating recurring reports and enabling self-service analytics, you will drive operational efficiency within the company. Collaboration with data science and analytics teams will be essential to support predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and experimentation using clean, structured, and accessible datasets. Continuously enhancing BI tools, data models, and documentation will be part of your responsibilities to make data more accessible and usable for all stakeholders. Working closely with project owners, business analysts, and developers, you will contribute to the analysis framework that delivers insights into efficiency and scale improvements. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience. A strong bias for action and resourcefulness is crucial, given noon's rapid growth and the need for delivering measurable results while overcoming constraints. Proficiency in data analysis with querying languages such as SQL, R, Python, and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is expected. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze data, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Successful candidates will demonstrate high standards, a strong work ethic, and a deep bias for action.
