Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into information and insights that drive business decisions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create reports, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity.
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience with data modelling and visualization.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner.
• Understanding of business processes and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python, R, or statistical tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Bachelors or master’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
