Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and CRM/IT enabled services.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
Blend historical data from industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources into analyses.
Identify and analyze industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies.
Collaborate with other areas of the business to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
Provide professional expertise and take responsibility for the end-product, potentially supervising less experienced professionals.

Job Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, and CRM/IT enabled services.
Experience with data modeling, analytics, and reporting.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
