Business Information Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Compile reports and present findings Develop dashboard content. Responsible for designing SQL Scripts. Strong proficiency with SQL and Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements. Develop procedures and scripts for data migration and creating SSIS packages. Develop dashboard content. Developing visual reports, and dashboards using Power BI desktop & VBA. Connecting data sources, ETL transforming data for Business intelligence. Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
• Develop queries and create content in the speech analytics system. Understanding of APIs process to extract metadata to SQL tables through C# using .Net framework.
• Track trends and follow behavioral actions to improve results through Co-relation analysis. Perform statistical analysis, including correlation and regression analysis, to identify trends and relationships within data sets.
• Communicate with the business and stake holders on requirements and analytical findings. Must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the other teams, and with internal teams. Interpret and present statistical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

• Should resemble the unique requirements for the role. May include more than one of each type. Each requirement should have its own bullet point.
• Knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts and SSIS. Developing visual reports, and dashboards using Power BI desktop. understanding of the C#/Python programming language and experience working with client-server desktop and web applications.
• Develop operational reports, create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI & VBA, perform DAX queries and functions. To perform SQL querying for best results and use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data. Strong proficiency with SQL ability to create fast and efficient database queries, including joining and cross-referencing cells from several tables. Ability to create ETL SSIS package for data transformation
