We are launching with a global ambition—and we're looking for a strong leader to run this like a CEO from Day 1 Your Mission We are hiring a Business Head (Tourism) to set up and run this new business arm remotely from Chennai . This is not a typical job. It’s a build-and-scale role for someone who has “been there and done that.” Key Responsibilities Build & Lead: Set up the business from scratch, hire your own team, and build the org structure. Drive Revenue: Strategize and execute initiatives to generate inbound and outbound tourism traffic for Singapore. Sales & Partnerships: Identify high-value travel segments and build partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, airlines, hotels, etc. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on digital campaigns to promote Singapore tourism and international packages. P&L Ownership: Take complete ownership of revenue, costs, and profitability. Reporting: Work directly with the board and director on business progress. Who You Are Experience: 10+ years in the tourism/hospitality/lifestyle industry, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. Builder’s Mindset: You've built and scaled businesses, not just managed them. Results-Oriented: Strong track record of delivering sales, growth, and customer satisfaction. Leadership: Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing teams from scratch. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Singapore tourism ecosystem and global travel trends. Location: Based in Chennai, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate with Singapore stakeholders.
