Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head – Sales & Marketing Communications to lead the growth of DPM Studio across markets. This is a strategic leadership role that involves client acquisition, relationship building, content marketing strategy, and brand positioning.

If you are someone who understands both creative energy and commercial value, this role is your platform to scale a design-forward, culturally rooted studio into a wider business and brand network.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Client Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agencies, brands, fashion labels, F&B groups, and architectural firms.
  • Build strong client relationships and partnerships.
  • Strategize and pitch customized creative solutions and retainer models.
  • Manage the complete client journey—from briefing to billing.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Own revenue targets and monthly sales goals.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
  • Create and scale sales funnels via referrals, social media, and digital outreach.
  • Monitor market trends and map DPM Studio’s offering accordingly.

Brand, Marketing & Communication

  • Define and execute marketing campaigns for the studio (online and offline).
  • Supervise and guide the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and mailers.
  • Oversee PR efforts, collaborations, and influencer outreach.
  • Craft compelling narratives for reels, portfolios, and editorial submissions.

Leadership & Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Mentor junior marketers and interns.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Lead weekly business reviews and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or brand communications.
  • Strong understanding of the photography/content production/creative agency ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to craft and present pitches and proposals independently.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and basic budgeting.

Bonus Skills

  • Established network in fashion, media, or creative industries.
  • Experience building and scaling boutique or independent brands.
  • Comfort with visual tools like Canva, Figma, or basic video editing for reels.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
