Key Responsibilities

• Own P&L for new business vertical offering financial services focused on rural and semi-urban markets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, ecosystem players, and technology providers.
• Define and execute distribution strategies across franchisee, digital, and B2B channels.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to design customer journeys, pricing models, and GTM plans.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team fostering innovation, agility, and ownership.
• Work closely with senior leadership and the board on strategy, progress, and key decisions.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in coordination with finance, legal, and risk teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in building businesses from 0?1 and scaling from 1?10.
• Deep understanding of the

  financial services, fintech, or allied sectors.

• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Execution-focused leader comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related discipline (preferred).
• 12+ years of experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role building or scaling a business line.
• Prior experience in

  fintech, banking, NBFC, or digital platform businesses

  preferred.
