Business Head – Land & Plot Sales

About Us:

We are building a professionally run real estate brokerage firm with a sharp focus on selling plots and land parcels. Our goal is to set a new benchmark in how land transactions are marketed, managed, and closed — combining transparency, technology, and trust.

As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Head who can lead the sales function, build a high-performing team, and manage end-to-end operations.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for driving plot/land sales, building and managing a team of sales executives, creating operational systems, and ensuring strong revenue performance. This is a high-ownership role best suited for someone who wants to grow with the business from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete sales function for all land/plot inventory.
• Build and lead a team of real estate sales executives and site staff.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Oversee marketing campaigns in coordination with the digital team.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor tracking.
• Ensure every customer experience is smooth, transparent, and professional.
• Liaise with legal, CRM, and field teams for seamless operations.
• Implement CRM systems and lead-tracking tools for accountability.
• Represent the company in high-value deals and site visits if needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4–10 years of experience in real estate sales, land transactions, or project sales.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with numbers, targets, and performance-driven roles.
• Tech-savvy – able to work with CRMs, property portals, and lead systems.
• Integrity, discipline, and hunger to grow are must-haves.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Real estate sales: 5 years (Required)

• Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
