Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities. Design go-to-market strategies for new offerings, geographies, or verticals. Business Leadership Own the P&L and drive business targets and revenue growth. Oversee business development, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align execution with strategy. Pitch & Client Leadership Lead high-stakes pitches, proposals, and business presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a thought leader in discussions with potential partners, investors, and clients. Market Expansion Spearhead expansion into new domestic and global markets. Leverage market insights to guide entry and scaling strategies. Adapt strategy to suit diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments. Key Requirements: Experience: 10+ years in business strategy, consulting, or leadership roles, with exposure to both Indian and international markets. Track Record: Proven success in driving business growth, developing strategy, and leading pitches at a senior level. Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence C-level stakeholders. Analytical Skills: High proficiency in business modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Education: MBA or equivalent degree preferred. Preferred Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Exposure to diverse industries and complex business environments.
