This is a leadership role designed for a self-starter with a strong background in secured loan distribution and the ambition to build something impactful. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage secured loan business operations. Drive national-level sales initiatives and P&L ownership. Develop and expand distribution channels across India. Analyze financial and market data for business insights. Manage strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution. Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services distribution, especially in secured loans. Strong analytical and business acumen .
