Business Head - B2C (Car Care)

Role Overview: As the leader of the Car Care Services vertical with full P&L ownership, your primary mission is to achieve and sustain a revenue target of 10-15 Crore per month. This involves driving all aspects of the business, including marketing, product development, operations, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new services, products, and geographical expansion, including launching new offerings and driving market penetration. - Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team across various functions such as product, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure alignment and efficiency. - Define the product roadmap for the customer-facing application with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Oversee the development and optimization of the partner-facing app and platform to ensure a scalable and high-quality supply network. - Lead performance marketing efforts to acquire high-quality customers while balancing short-term ROI and long-term brand equity. - Establish and monitor key business KPIs to make data-driven decisions and inform strategic and operational choices. - Identify and execute a plan for expanding the Car Care Services business into new international markets through market analysis and strategic execution. Qualification Required: - Proven track record of scaling a B2C brand to a 10-15 Crore per month revenue run rate. - 10-15 years of experience in marketing leadership with multi-vertical exposure. - Strong mix of performance marketing and brand-building expertise. - Prior experience in the automotive or hyperlocal industries.,
