Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and execution

    : Defining and implementing the B2B sales strategy for the assigned vertical, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader business objectives.
  • P&L management

    : Taking full ownership of the vertical's profit and loss (P&L), which includes tasks such as budgeting, forecasting revenue, managing costs, and optimizing profit margins.
  • Business development

    : Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building strong relationships with key decision-makers and high-value clients.
  • Team leadership

    : Hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
  • Market intelligence

    : Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer demand to inform business decisions and influence product or service innovation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration

    : Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product, and services, to ensure that solutions effectively meet client needs.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Educational background

  • Experience
