Job Description

The Business Head - Accessories Sales at myG is responsible for driving and managing sales for the accessories category across all myG stores. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing Area Sales Managers and Team Leads, and fostering relationships with accessories brands. The Business Head also oversees after-sales activities, Brand Promoter recruitment and retention, and ensures successful execution of sales initiatives. This role reports to the General Manager - Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Accessories sales across all myG stores.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Team Leads to ensure effective execution of sales plans in their respective areas.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure the team meets sales targets and maintains high performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Team Leads responsible for driving accessories sales within their respective areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with accessories brands to promote the category across all stores.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, negotiate terms, and collaborate on marketing campaigns to boost accessories sales.
  • Oversee the recruitment, allocation, and retention of Brand Promoters for accessories.
  • Ensure Brand Promoters are well-trained and equipped with the necessary resources to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare regular reports for the General Manager - Sales, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales and retail management, particularly in accessories or electronics sales.
  • Experience in managing multi-location retail operations and large sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide Area Sales Managers/ Team Leads.
  • Expertise in driving sales growth and developing sales strategies for accessories.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing brand relationships and after-sales activities.
  • Experience in brand promoter recruitment, allocation, and retention strategies.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating sales performance and planning for business growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the electronic accessories market, including brand partnerships and market trends.

Pay: Best salary in the industry

Location: Calicut

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
