What You’ll Do:

As an Business Growth Executive , you’ll be at the forefront of our business expansion, responsible for:

• Create high-quality leads using email marketing, freelance platforms, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Help us showcase our IT services to prospective customers in various markets.
• To comprehend service capabilities and translate customer needs into compelling proposals, collaborate with internal technical teams.
• Make compelling sales materials, such as quotes, presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Keep track of every client encounter, lead, and sales activity.

Investigate market demands, rivals, and IT developments to support digital strategy.

• Assist the group in maintaining and improving our digital branding and web presence.
• Participate in client presentations, product demos, and virtual meetings as needed.
• Contribute comments and ideas to help us refine our outreach and commercial growth plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• BTech/MBA (Marketing) or any graduate with a certification in digital marketing
• Candidates that are new to the field or have up to six months of experience in IT services, business development, or digital marketing
• Strong verbal and writing communication abilities
• A passion for technology and a desire to work in the IT industry
• Proactive, meticulous, cooperative, and with a growth mentality

Qualification: Candidates must have either a BTech or an MBA with a specialization in Marketing. Graduates from any other discipline are also eligible, but they must have a valid certification in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

Note: For non-MBA graduates, this certification is mandatory.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
