Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Work closely with department heads to prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis. Financial Reporting:

Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Decision Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
Evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and provide recommendations. Risk Management:

Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Stay informed about industry trends and economic factors affecting the business. Ad Hoc Analysis:

Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support special projects or senior management requests.
