Business Finance - AM

Role Overview: The Business Finance team partners with the business team to drive growth sustainably. The team focuses on efficiency in investments to improve margins and minimize financial risks. As a part of this team, you will be involved in planning, reporting, controlling, business partnering, and special projects. Key Responsibilities: - Work with business and finance leaders to build the annual operating plan and departmental budgets - Develop comprehensive project plans to evaluate new business proposals - Prepare, review, and analyze financial/business metrics for accuracy and completeness - Track project/department performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term plans - Act as a central finance point of contact for respective departments/business segments - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for compatibility and pacing of ongoing projects - Program manage initiatives for cost optimization, technology, and process improvements Qualifications Required: - Qualified as Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 2 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization - Ability to work cohesively with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems such as SAP, Anaplan Location: Noida (Preferred) / Bangalore / Mumbai (Note: Additional details about the company are not provided in the job description.),
