Business Execution Sr. Analyst

As a member of the Business Execution team in the Banking IGS division at Citi in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to assist Business Managers in effectively planning and strategizing by performing analysis and research. You will support various franchise initiatives and internal strategy presentations. You will also be responsible for running and analyzing internal business metrics data such as client revenue, returns, backlog management, client calling, exposure, and risk capital. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist Business Managers in conducting analysis and research to inform strategic decisions - Participate in planning, execution, and follow-ups of Management disciplines including franchise reviews and client planning - Communicate with bankers, Business Managers, and product partners on business metrics, client prioritization, coverage, revenue, returns, and pipeline - Prepare reports and presentations on franchise performance focusing on revenue, backlog analysis, and calling intensity - Conduct revenue analysis and ensure proper recording of revenues - Analyze wallet data and track Wallet Ranking and Market Share - Provide various reporting and analyses related to metrics such as Revenues, Wallet, OSUC, GAAP Assets, RORC, RWA, ROTCE - Support and mentor junior team members and create a constructive learning environment **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced functionalities - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Inquisitive, proactive, and detail-oriented - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure - Knowledge of Financial Concepts - Expertise in Tableau, VBA Macros, SQL is an added plus In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as part of the Decision Management job family in the Business Analysis role, you will be expected to add value to routine deliverables through self-analysis and by providing additional commentary.
