Business Execution Consultant

As a Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for participating in various business operations to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. - Reviewing and researching strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations. - Utilizing independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables. - Presenting recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches for managing risks of the business. - Providing work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired Qualifications: - 5-8 years of work experience in the IT industry. - Bachelor's degree in information technology.
