Role Description

The Business Enrichment Officer will be responsible for enhancing business processes, improving customer satisfaction, and driving growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business data, developing strategies, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

• Customer Service experience
• Client Acquisition experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Proven track record in driving business growth and process improvements
• Relevant experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
• Good Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
