Job Description

Role Overview: As an Engagement Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing Business Entity relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services. You will act as the main point of contact between the entity and the IT Delivery Unit, driving partner satisfaction, project execution, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main liaison between business partners and internal teams to facilitate communication and project coordination. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships by understanding client needs and expectations. - Monitor SLA, KPIs, and KRIs for the entities and ensure they are in compliance. - Ensure that requirements from the entities align with Central guidelines. - Setup and maintain Project/Program Governance, providing regular updates and reports to partners and IT Delivery Heads. - Lead partner meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate project status and strategic insights. - Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for successful outcomes. - Collaborate with Transition, delivery, and product teams to align client requirements with company capabilities. - Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain partner satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. - Drive continuous improvement in partner engagement processes and methodologies. - Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or solutions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Stakeholder relationship management, project management, or consulting. - Techno Functional understanding to grasp the technologies and functionalities in the project/program. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
