Role Overview: As the Front Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing visitor experience and ensuring smooth front-desk tech operations. Your responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact, handling multi-channel communications, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling meetings, executing administrative functions, overseeing courier dispatches, supporting the sales team, and collaborating with facility and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact, managing visitor experience, and ensuring smooth front-desk tech operations. - Handle multi-channel communications using modern systems like VoIP and CRM tools. - Maintain and digitize visitor logs, ensuring security and compliance protocols are followed. - Use scheduling software to coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications. - Execute administrative functions with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and document management systems. - Oversee courier dispatches, incoming deliveries, and coordinate with logistics staff using ERP/dispatch logs. - Support the sales team by mapping industries, updating lead status in CRM, and assisting with geo-targeted customer segmentation. - Collaborate with facility and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Qualifications Required: - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus. - Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is advantageous. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand lead data, track industry segments, and support business targeting strategies. - Professional Presence: Confident, polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented. - Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
