Business Director P&L PGP (One-Year Program)

As an entrepreneurial leader, you will be responsible for heading the flagship one-year Post Graduate Program (PGP) with full P&L responsibility. Your role will involve driving academic excellence, ensuring student success, and fostering program growth through close collaboration with industry partners and faculty. Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver P&L targets for the PGP program - Oversee admissions, curriculum, faculty, student affairs, and placements - Develop and execute strategies for program growth and industry positioning - Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams - Foster strong corporate partnerships for placements and collaborations - Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards Qualifications: - Masters degree from an Ivy League or M7 business school (MBA preferred) - 8-15 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or entrepreneurial roles - Proven P&L and team leadership experience - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills As an additional detail, the company is located in Gurgaon / NCR and you will be reporting to the Managing Director.,
