We are looking for three highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associates to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have a background in digital marketing agency sales, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding solutions. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business goals. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs. Proposal Development: Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients, tailored to their specific needs. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all sales activities using CRM tools. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction. Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the agency. Qualifications: - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital marketing agency. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Digital Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends is essential. - Certification in digital marketing will be preferred. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - A dynamic and supportive work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Health and wellness benefits.
