Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and grow our travel services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and direct customers. Sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and travel insurance. Prepare and deliver customized travel proposals and quotations to clients. Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful bookings. Negotiate deals with vendors and partners for better pricing and service offerings. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company in travel exhibitions, corporate meetings, and networking events. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings in CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or business development. Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa processes, and travel trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B travel sales or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client accounts. *Immediate joiners are required *Candidates from prior travel industry preferred *Excellent Communication skills required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have into Travel Sales?
