Role Overview:

Ignitho Technologies and Piqual Inc., via Nuivio shared services, are looking to onboard energetic and ambitious Business Development Trainees to support our growing sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for recent BBA graduates eager to build a career in tech sales and B2B business development. You'll work directly with our experienced Sales and Marketing teams, gaining hands-on exposure to outbound lead generation, market research, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential business leads through internal tools, LinkedIn, and online directories.
• Support outbound outreach by helping draft personalised emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demo calls with qualified prospects.
• Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to enhance outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on trends in product sales, AI, and lead generation to improve communication and targeting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent BBA graduate with a strong interest in business development or tech sales.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Prior internship experience in business development, marketing, or customer engagement.
