About the Role

Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Outreach

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

During Training (First 6 months):

data scraping, market research, and lead generation

LinkedIn, Google Search, social media, and basic scraping tools

email outreach, cold messages, and follow-ups

Maintain and update lead sheets and CRM data.

Assist senior BD Executives in day-to-day sales operations.

Learn presentation skills, communication skills, and client interaction basics.

Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.

After Training (Full-time Role):

BD cycle

Do professional email writing and client communication.

Schedule demos and meetings for the senior sales team.

Manage qualified leads and convert them into opportunities.

Achieve monthly BD performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

Fresher / Graduate can apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.

Good communication skills (English)

Willingness to learn BD, sales, and lead generation tools.

Must be disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented.
