Business Development & Support Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Support Associate to manage both chat and call support for our sales process. The role involves engaging with customers in both English and Tamil, understanding their needs, explaining our resume-related services, and guiding them toward placing orders on our website. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming chats and calls from potential customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable resume-building and career-related services.
• Persuasively guide customers to complete their orders through the company website.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, leads, and conversions.
• Follow up with interested customers to ensure order completion and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries promptly.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or experience in resume writing, career guidance, or recruitment is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer support, tele-sales, or business development preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat & call support tools.
• Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
