Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Specialty Chemicals market. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across industrial and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for specialty chemical products
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and technical discussions in coordination with the technical team
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales deals
Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, technical) to ensure timely order execution
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
24 years of experience in business development or sales within the specialty chemicals industry
Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
Preferred Skills
Experience dealing with industrial clients such as coatings, adhesives, polymers, or specialty formulations
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Self-motivated with a proactive and strategic approach
