This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders to identify and build long-term business opportunities, and play a key role in shaping the company’s growth story. Responsibilities Primary: Actively identify and pursue business opportunities with new and existing clients. Use industry knowledge to find the right contacts and filter leads that align with AGENCY09’s services. Address incoming enquiries generated through organic channels. Collaborate with the pitch team on RFPs to present the company’s capabilities and case studies effectively. Represent and pitch creative solutions, ideas, and services to clients. Work closely with internal teams to understand our tech, content, and creative strengths. Strategic: Partner with founders to drive long-term growth strategies. Build a robust pipeline of business contacts and opportunities. Position AGENCY09 as a leader in digital and advertising solutions through relationship building and strategic conversations. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Business, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of the advertising and digital industry landscape. Excellent network of industry and business contacts. Proven ability to close high-value deals. Confident, presentable, and warm communication style. Skilled at creating compelling presentations and client-facing documents. Strong analytical thinking with a good grasp of financial and business planning. Collaborative mindset – able to work with creative, tech, and operations teams. Enthusiastic about learning new tools, trends, and growth strategies.
