Business Development & Sales Executive

In this role, you will focus solely on cold calling potential clients to sell our digital marketing services, website development, and application solutions. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, presenting our offerings, and closing deals—all over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Reach out to new prospects and potential clients via phone to generate leads. Sales Pitching: Effectively present TechBro24's services, including SEO, PPC, website development, and custom app development. Client Needs Assessment: Understand the client’s business needs and tailor your pitch to offer solutions that fit. Sales Closing: Drive sales conversions by overcoming objections and securing commitments over the phone. Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales activity in CRM tools. Qualifications: Proven experience in cold calling and telesales (ideally in IT or digital marketing). Strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone. Ability to quickly understand client needs and offer relevant solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection. Basic understanding of digital marketing services and website/app development is a plus.
