Job Title: International Business Development Executive (Night Shift) 📍 Location: NSP, Delhi (Onsite) 🕒 Night Shift (US Time Zone-6:30PM-3:30AM) | 💼 Full-Time About the Role: We are hiring an energetic and persuasive International Business Development Executive with proven experience in outbound calling and cold calling for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and closing deals to sell our services globally. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Make outbound international calls, especially to the US region ✅ Conduct effective cold calling and cold emailing to generate qualified leads ✅ Pitch company services confidently and convert leads into sales ✅ Follow up with prospects via phone and email ✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare basic sales reports ✅ Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions ✅ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in international outbound and cold calling Prior experience calling US clients or handling US sales campaigns Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to confidently sell services and close deals over the phone Willingness to work night shifts (US time) Must be comfortable working from NSP, Delhi office Preferred: Experience in BPO/KPO, lead generation, or international inside sales
