• Conduct structured interviews with freelancers serving US clients.
• Capture detailed insights about workflows, tools, challenges, and engagement practices.
• Document findings into clear reports for the VP & CEO.
• Help shape AI Accountant's strategies for targeting and onboarding freelancers.

Requirements for the Role

Must-have Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Interpersonal and interviewing skills
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Research and analytics mindset

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience conducting structured interviews or surveys
• Familiarity with freelance workflows in accounting & taxation
