As we expand our reach, we’re looking for talented professionals to join our remote team and contribute to our success. About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Kolkata, India, to join our team during U.S. business hours. This is a full-time, remote position that requires evening shift availability. You will support our Business Development Manager (BDM) with inbound and outbound lead generation, proposal writing, and maintaining prospect pipelines. This role is ideal for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital services and client communications. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Business Development Manager with lead research, qualification, and follow-ups.Monitor and respond to inbound job opportunities on Upwork by writing tailored, high-quality proposals.Execute and manage outbound cold email campaigns using Instantly, ensuring deliverability and personalization.Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads when needed (scripts and support provided).Maintain CRM accuracy and manage pipelines using Monday.com.Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, reports, and other sales assets.QA all written outreach for consistency, tone, and clarity.Join virtual meetings or prospect calls during your shift to take notes and assist in follow-ups. What We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales support role.Excellent English writing and speaking skills.Familiarity with Upwork or other freelancing/job platforms.Comfortable with outbound outreach—both email and phone.Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or digital marketing is a strong plus.Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.Well-organized and able to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks.
