Business Development - Property Acquisition

Role Overview: As a Business Development - Property Acquisition professional at Lenskart, your main responsibility will be to identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Lenskart stores in your respective region. This will involve managing the retail property search, coordinating with key partners such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers. Your role will also include conducting location and catchment analysis for new store locations, negotiating and acquiring new properties, and handling legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing and acquiring properties. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with various internal departments until the store launch and develop a pipeline of growth opportunities for both organic growth and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify suitable commercial retail properties for new Lenskart stores - Manage the retail property search and coordinate with key partners - Conduct location and catchment analysis for new store locations - Negotiate, acquire, and finalize new properties including negotiating final rentals and landlord scope of works - Handle legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing and acquiring properties - Coordinate with various internal departments until store launch - Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities for organic growth and acquisitions Qualifications Required: - 3 years of industry experience - Any Graduate degree - Good negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking mindset, and self-motivated with an ability to think innovatively - Passion for results with a high degree of commitment - Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities - High degree of personal integrity and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment Additional Company Details: Lenskart is looking for a candidate who has a good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and is willing to travel as it is mandatory for this role.,
