Position - Business Development Manager - Product Certification Education - BE - Electronics/Instrumentation/ENTC Experience - 5 to 10 Years Location - Pune Job Responsibilities: Lead the business & team in the India & South Asia region, taking ownership of profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Technical Head of the Service portfolio responsible for managing the service offer and delivery from technical, commercial, accreditation and risk perspectives. Define and communicate the scope and objectives of the product/ service, aligning them with organizational goals, especially highest integrity. Set up the organization, processes and controls for managing the service- acquisition, delivery, quality and compliance. Preparation of budget based on TUV India guidelines and growth plan as well as the market conditions, under guidance of the Cluster Head. Devise sales strategy for all services in order to meet growth targets. Take responsibility for new business development within the scope of TUV India's product certification services. Take the lead in further driving product certification growth under guidance of the Head - Business Development. Coordinate with Inspection Profit Centre Heads and Heads of other vertical for cross-selling, systemic learnings. Guide, mentor, drive and actively support the Sales Team to achieve monthly and annual KPIs and targets. Lead by example in handling customers and become the go to person for the clients for getting things done while managing client expectations. Build and manage a team of engineers, assigning them to projects based on their competency and job requirements and provide technical guidance / monitoring at key stages throughout project execution. Optimize the utilization of project engineers for efficient project delivery. Maintain a competency matrix for engineers, tracking their skills and expertise.
