Supporting Manufacturing and Service team to resolve customer complaints effectively. Innovation and Sustainability Fostering the culture of innovation to develop customer centric, cost-effective product solutions, good and green products. Product Life Cycle Assessment and working for circularity. Protecting designs with IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) People Development Managing Design processes and guide the team members to effectively use Design equipment & software to improve productivity. Reviewing design processes regularly and ensure continuous improvements in processes, design records, drawings, and Product Bill of Materials To be Instrumental in Managing PLM (Product Lifecycle management) Ensuring training and multiskilling of Protoshop operators. Overview The Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing the inspection and verification of products, processes, and systems to ensure that the Peak global quality standards are consistently met, while also managing preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and infrastructure to maximize operational efficiency. Calibration & Maintenance Responsibilities: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. Arrange to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues quickly to minimize downtime. Manage inventory of critical machine spare parts and coordinate with vendors or internal procurement team for procurement of machinery or services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities. Prepare and manage the Quality, calibration & maintenance budget. Prepare and manage the Quality, calibration & maintenance system. Skills and Qualifications Strong collaboration skills required. Excellent knowledge of quality control principles and regulatory standards. Expertise in preventive maintenance strategies and asset management. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance/control and maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment. ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Certification is required. Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certifications would be advantageous.

Familiarity with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) regulations. Experience with BIS certification and renewal for factory operations. Ability to interpret and implement national and international standards. Knowledge of safety and energy efficiency testing for home appliances. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Self-driven, organized, and adaptable with an agile mindset. Strong communication skills and proven intercultural collaboration experience. Fluency in English , Hindi , and Tamil is essential.
