Business Development Partnerships & Onboarding

As the face of Medstown on the ground, your role will involve building partnerships, onboarding healthcare partners, and expanding the network with high quality and speed. You will play a crucial part in identifying, approaching, and onboarding local pharmacies, pet clinics, doctor clinics, and hospital pharmacies onto the Medstown platform. Building strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and retention will be key. Additionally, you will be responsible for explaining Medstown's value proposition clearly and convincingly to diverse stakeholders, driving partner activation, conducting field visits, pitch presentations, and product demos. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and onboard local pharmacies, pet clinics, doctor clinics, and hospital pharmacies onto the Medstown platform. - Build strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and retention. - Explain Medstown's value proposition clearly and convincingly to diverse stakeholders. - Drive partner activation, ensuring pharmacies and clinics adopt the platform effectively. - Conduct field visits, pitch presentations, and product demos. - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure smooth onboarding. - Track performance metrics, conversions, and partner satisfaction. - Expand Medstown's B2B footprint across Hyderabad, area by area. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and trust when dealing with healthcare partners. - Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met.
