Role & Responsibilities


  • Generate new business leads and build partnerships in

    interior design, architecture, hospitality, home furnishing, and real estate sectors

  • Pitch Rugroots rugs to potential

    B2B buyers

    (designers, hotels, corporates, furnishing stores, etc.)
  • Build and maintain

    strong, long-term client relationships

  • Work independently to achieve

    sales targets

  • Collaborate with the

    Rugroots

    team to

    customize deals and pitches

    for clients
  • Report directly to the founder/management


Who Should Apply (Target Audience)


Professionals with sales/business development experience in:

  • Home furnishing, interiors, furniture, flooring, tiles, paints, or luxury products
  • Real estate / architecture / hospitality vendor development
  • Corporate procurement & luxury lifestyle products

Freelance sales agents with strong industry connections

  • ⚡ Professionals who already have an established network of interior designers, architects, hospitality groups, or furnishing buyers – this role will be ideal for them
  • Motivated self-starters who want high earnings through performance


Compensation Structure


  • 100% commission-based to start

    – earn per deal closed
  • High earning potential: 20–25% commission per sale (average deal value ₹50,000–₹5,00,000)
  • Performance-based growth:

    Successful partners may transition to

    fixed salary + commission

    model in the future
  • No cap on earnings

    – more deals = more income
  • Recurring deals or repeat orders

    earn commission continuously
