The Sports Gurukul is one of the pioneers in organized sports development and coaching programs at the grass root level. The company specializes in providing integrated sports and fitness programs for schools in Mumbai. Operating under Ecube Sports Gurukul Pvt. Ltd since April 2009, The Sports Gurukul has various sports training centers across Mumbai and aims to expand across India. Our systematic sports program and curriculum are designed for comprehensive sports development.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development + Operations Executive located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing and growing client accounts, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The executive will also coordinate operations to ensure smooth running of the sports programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell sports infra, in-school programs, and event services to schools and academies and private clients.

* Manage operations of in-school coaching & academies (FoCo/FoFo model).

* Scout and organize school/community sports events.

* Lead generation, pre-sales scouting & partnership building.

* Coordination with coaches, clients, and internal teams.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Interest or experience in sports/education/event management

* Ability to handle on-ground execution and operations

* Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
