Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for community engagement and sales We're looking for a Community Sales & Engagement Executive to drive the adoption of our One Health Membership Plan within local communities. You'll be on the front lines, building relationships, increasing brand visibility, and directly contributing to our growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and actively engage with potential customers in residential societies, local businesses, schools, and community centers. Conduct impactful door-to-door campaigns, organize informative health talks, and participate in community events to effectively promote One Health memberships. Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), resident influencers, and local organizations to drive bulk or referral-based sales. Coordinate with on-ground partners for regular outreach activities, health engagement programs, and organize onsite corporate health checks. Sales Execution: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through dedicated fieldwork and effective lead conversions. Pitch the One Health Membership Plan persuasively, addressing customer queries and seamlessly guiding them through the onboarding process. Branding & Visibility: Implement targeted marketing campaigns in catchment areas, utilizing standees, banners, and stalls to increase brand awareness. Represent the brand professionally in local health and wellness initiatives. Reporting & Market Insights: Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions using CRM or other reporting tools. Share valuable field-level insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and opportunities for improvement to inform strategy. Preferred Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing is a plus. 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, healthcare marketing, or community outreach is preferred. Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based sales is an advantage.
