Business Development Officer-NBFC

As a Business Development Officer at our Kayamkulam based NBFC Company, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations at our Ernakulam branches. Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring smooth branch administration. Your key duties and responsibilities will involve: Sales Growth & Target Achievement: - Accelerate sales volume to meet or surpass set targets. - Formulate and execute effective sales strategies. Team Management: - Take charge of leading, motivating, and nurturing a productive team. - Cultivate a positive work environment and team culture. Branch Administration: - Supervise day-to-day branch operations. - Guarantee adherence to company policies and regulations. Customer Relationship Management: - Provide exceptional customer service experiences. - Address customer complaints promptly and effectively. Profitability & Financial Management: - Attain branch profitability goals. - Monitor expenses closely and manage budgets efficiently. Staff Development & Training: - Enhance staff skills through training programs and coaching sessions. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Mitigate operational risks effectively. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or BCom. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in NBFC/NIDHI/Finance Companies. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and leading teams. - Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical and financial management capabilities.
