Business Development Officers (Finance)

• Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, investors).
• Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and support follow-ups.
• Understand basics of

  fundraising, venture capital, and private credit

  to engage effectively.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Business preferred, but open to all).
• Willingness to work

  Day or Night shift

  as assigned.
• Strong research and lead generation skills.
• Candidates from

  Telugu states preferred

Good to Have

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or financial services.
• Awareness of startup funding and investment ecosystem.
